Shipping policy
Kahuna Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer FREE ground shipping to all continental US states. We also offer expedited shipping should you want your Kahuna Creations products faster. Shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska are provided during the checkout process.
Expedited shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, US Territories, Vietnam.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are determined by your destination country. You will be charge these import duties and taxes during the checkout process.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS (text message) notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kahunacreations.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
If you are having your Kahuna Creations product shipped to a P.O. Box, please put the physical address of where the P.O. Box is located. FedEx and UPS can't deliver to just a P.O. Box address. If you don't put in a physical address, processing and shipping of your order will be delayed.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs (if you paid for shipping).
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kahunacreations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s and box condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please take pictures of the item and email them to us before returning the product to Kahuna Creations. The customer is responsible for the item during return shipping, so please re-box the item like how you received it. If we receive the item and it appears to have been used or damaged during return shipping, we can withhold up to 50% of the refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost during shipping please notify us at info@kahunacreations.com, so we can file a claim with the shipping company (FedEx, UPS or USPS). However if your package is stolen from the delivery address after the shipping company has delivered it we are not responsible for the stolen item(s). If you would like to re-order the stolen item(s) we can offer you a discount to help cover the cost of the item(s).
